We can provide project management professional services on their own or we can carry out projects on an “outsourced” basis.

• Project management – our project managers worked with your staff and the suppliers you hire to carry out the work. You pay us for project management and pay other suppliers involved directly. We can still manage the budget for you but you pay the invoices.

 

• Outsourced – in which we handle the whole project budget on your behalf and subcontract work to professionals and suppliers either from our network or chosen by you. This has the advantage of reducing your project admin and transfers more of the responsibility for delivery to Proverb2. We run the project budget on an open-book basis in which you have complete visibility of where the money is being spent.

In both the above models we bill monthly on a time and materials basis.

As and When required billing

We only bill for actual time spent managing projects. Therefore if everything is running smoothly without our intervention or some external influence is stopping a project progressing then we stop the clock and only start it again once the project requires our attention.
